Thank you for calling the FPI Vendor Information Line. FPI Management
provides management services in geographical areas of Sacramento
to include surrounding areas of Auburn, Cameron Park, Davis, Lincoln,
Roseville, Rocklin and Woodland. FPI Management currently has adequate
vendors in theses areas and is not accepting applications for new
vendors.
FPI Management is
accepting applications for vendors in the geographic areas of
:
Northern California
to include Chico, Fort Bragg, Marysville, and Weed.
Bay Area to include
Alameda, Berkley, Dublin, Napa, Oakland, Pleasanton, San Jose,
Santa Rosa, Vacaville, Vallejo and Walnut Creek,
Central Valley to
include Fresno, Newman and Turlock
Southern California
to include Anaheim, Carlsbad , Hollywood, Lancaster, Lompoc, Los
Angeles, Moreno Valley, Orange County, Pasadena, Riverside, San
Diego, Santa Maria West Covina and Victorville.
Acceptance
on the FPI Vendor list requires:
1) Approval
of the Portfolio Manager for the property where service will be
provided. Contact should be made directly with the applicable
Portfolio Manager.
2) Completion of a vendor application
3) Submission of $85.00 Application Fee for approval through Compliance
Depot.
4) Submission of required licenses and insurance documents
