Preferred Vendor Program

FPI Management Preferred Vendors have a proven track record of experience, quality, and cost savings for FPI managed sites. FPI Management evaluates the Preferred Vendor list annually, to assure maximum cost savings are being achieved with each vendor. In response to guaranteed lower cost, and quality service, FPI Management provides priority access to Preferred Vendors on FPI managed sites.

FPI Management Preferred Vendors must comply with specific criteria including: insurance requirements, time assurance completion and owner/manager indemnification.

FPI Management requires that all preferred vendors subscribe to Compliance Depot. Compliance Depot is a third party provider that assures all vendors maintain fundamental business licensing as well as FPI Management standard coverage requirements for liability and workers compensation insurance

Acceptance on the FPI Vendor list requires:
1) Request FPI Management executive approval.
2) Completion of a vendor application
3) Submission of $99.00 Application Fee for approval through Compliance Depot.
4) Submission of required licenses and insurance documents
