Mr. Treadaway has been the Chief Executive Officer in charge of FPI Management since 1972. He is responsible for the development of the signature company culture that is unique to FPI Management.Through motivation of the executive team: Portfolio Managers, Accounting, IT, HR and Administrative Support, Mr. Treadaway assures that the objectives of the FPI Management clients are being achieved.

Julie Brawn-Whitesides

Julie Brawn-Whitesides has been in the Multi-Family property management industry since 1993. Her award winning experience in the marketing, and lease up of, numerous Market Rate new construction and repositioned assets, led her to the position of Director of Marketing in 2004. During her tenure in this position, Ms. Brawn-Whitesides expanded her talents to Operations and Business Development, and was named Vice President of Operations in 2006, and Senior Vice President in 2008. Her ability to contribute meaningful migration of business to the company, coupled with operational success of existing market rate assets, elevated her role to Executive Vice President in 2011. Ms. Brawn-Whitesides operates from FPI Management, Inc. corporate headquarters, located in Folsom, California.

Maureen Picarella

Ms. Picarella has been in the property management industry since 1984. She joined FPI Management in 1992 as Director of Affordable Housing. She subsequently received her designation as Senior Vice President – Affordable Housing for FPI Management, Inc. Ms. Picarella is the Senior Executive in charge of oversight of a 20,000 unit affordable portfolio.

Michelle Fisher

Ms. Fisher has been in the property management industry for twenty years. She is directly responsible for all property management services delivered from the FPI Management Southern California – Costa Mesa office. She is the Senior Executive point of contact for all FPI Management clients owning properties in the Southern California market. Ms. Fisher received her CAM designation in 1993. She also served on the Board of Directors of the California Apartment Association and past President of AAGIE.

Shannon Dustin

Ms. Dustin has been in the property management business industry since 1989. Shannon began her career with FPI in 1992 and relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2000. She is directly responsible for all property management services and business development for FPI Management in the Pacific Northwest. She has Senior Executive oversight of approximately 12,000 units.
