If
operating a vehicle is a condition of employment, FPI Management, Inc. will
require the submission of a valid driver license and proof of vehicle
insurance.The Company may also request a current DMV printout.
If
selected for employment, FPI Management, Inc. will conduct a forensic
drug–screening test, a criminal background investigation into criminal
convictions that may have occurred within the past seven years, and an
employment verification check for the past five years of employment history.
Additionally, those selected for Maintenance or Painting positions will be asked
to undergo a medical examination for respirator clearance. Job candidates will
not be allowed to begin work until they have successfully completed all
applicable pre-employment, post-offer processes and the results received meet
the job requirements.
